At least three people died after heavy rain triggered devastating flash floods in parts of eastern Kentucky on Thursday, July 28, officials said.On Thursday morning, Gov Andy Beshear declared a State of Emergency and said he expected the death toll to rise.The National Weather Service warned that more showers and thunderstorms were forecast through Friday, and flash flooding remained a threat.This footage, captured by Christy Casolari, shows businesses and local premises submerged along the main street of Whitesburg on Thursday morning.
