The “Taliban” movement expressed its hope that the United States will start making positive decisions instead of only discussing during the talks to be held between the movement and Washington in Qatar next week.
In statements to “Sputnik” agency, a spokesman for the Taliban’s political office, Suhail Shaheen, said: “I think we need more positive decisions instead of more meetings.”
“We need to move from discussions to tactical steps, and we are ready to talk to them and cooperate to build positive relations with the United States,” he added.
