Wisconsin police say they have arrested a suspect in a run-over incident at a Christmas parade in the area.
Wisconsin Police Chief Daniel Thompson confirmed at a news conference that an officer opened fire on the vehicle that carried out the ramming incident, noting that the suspect had been detained.
