Including Trump, Winfrey and Beckham.. A hacker group steals the data of British auction house customers

Hackers carried out a massive cyber attack on the British auction house “Graf Diamonds”, in which they stole the personal data of global leaders, billionaires, movie stars and sports.

The Daily Mail reported on Saturday that the cybercriminals behind the operation had already leaked 69,000 classified documents to the so-called “dark web”, including files related to Donald Trump, Oprah Winfrey, David Beckham and Sir Philip Green.

The newspaper reported that the hackers are demanding tens of millions of pounds in ransom to stop the publication of more sensitive data.

It claimed that the attack was carried out by the Russian hacker group “Conti”, which says that the information published represents only 1% of the files it stole and belong to about 11,000 people who were wealthy clients of “Graff Diamonds”.
